WERA serve client abroad, we understand that it is not easy and costly for client come each time, our target is let client stay at office, no worry about quality, delivery time. We take care of mold quality, at the same time, good communication with client and keep client updated.
Before Place the order
We will learn client’s requirements and condition of client’s factory carefully, in order to recommend the most suitable solution with reasonable price. We make record sheet for each client, no need client to repeat basic requirements every time.
During order time
- Design period Our sales be well trained, we can communicate with client about product design, mould design, mechanical structure discussion directly.
- Mould fabrication Once design be confirmed, we will make a timing schedule of each mold and send process report every one or two weeks, let client be updated with latest status.
- Mould testing After mould finish fabrication, we will make T1 and check the mold running using WERA mold testing standard, T1 samples with T1 report will be sent to client for checking. After get feedback from client, we will make TF. Normally, mold will test 2 or 3 times.
- Sample express Normally, we will send 2 times samples. T1 sample for client have first look and give comments, TF sample is for final approval.
- Before shipment We will take photos and make records of all the date related to mold, like testing sheet, material parameter, drawing… these information can be offered to client any time.
After Sale Service
- Within Warranty: if any spare parts broken due to quality issue, we will send new spare parts free of charge.
- Over Warranty: if some parts be broken, we can offer spare parts with cost price.
- Fast respond speed: Respond to customer’s consultation within 24 hours.
